Shifted IDE menu if shares screen area with Maxton4 docker

See the attachment. As the result, menu items can't be accessed until leaves the sharing.

Smth like M$ Office panel. Or Window quicklaunch panel. Installed by Maxton brower 4 by default. Should have place on on Win2000/XP too.
