Разбираемся с файлом /etc/fpc.cfg и особенно с дерективами -Fu....
и всё будет хорошо!
а ещё не помешает поизучать пакеты, которые идут в сотаве fpc на предмет предоставляемого функционала - это чтобы сразу после устрания этой пробелым следующая не поставила в тупик.
